Delete Your Data — VendRoam
VendRoam lets you delete your data directly in the app — no account, email, or waiting period required. Deletion is immediate.
If you’re a customer
You can delete one vendor at a time, or everything at once.
To stop following a single vendor
- Open the app and go to My Vendors.
- Tap the delete (trash) icon next to the vendor you want to remove.
- Tap Stop Following to confirm.
What’s deleted: that vendor is removed from your followed list, and your private registration for it (notification token, last known location, and proximity-ping state) is permanently deleted from our servers immediately.
What’s kept: nothing tied to you for that vendor. Any other vendors you follow are unaffected.
To delete everything at once
- Open the app and go to My Vendors → Settings (top right).
- Scroll to Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete All My Data, then confirm.
What’s deleted: every vendor you follow is removed from your list, and your private registration for each one is permanently deleted from our servers immediately, in a single action.
What’s kept: nothing tied to you across any vendor. You can follow any vendor again later by re-scanning its barcode.
Retention period: none for either option — deletion happens immediately when you confirm, with no grace period.
If you’re a vendor
Steps

- Tap Edit, then scroll to Danger Zone.
- Tap Delete My Vendor.
- Type your business’s exact name to confirm, then tap Delete Forever.
What’s deleted: your vendor profile (name, description, contact details), its menu items and photos, its calendar/event entries, every customer’s follower registration for your vendor, and its recovery code — all deleted permanently and immediately.
What’s kept: nothing. This also immediately removes your vendor from every customer currently following it.
Retention period: none — deletion happens immediately when you confirm, with no grace period.
