1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TerpAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License to Use
TerpAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms. All intellectual property rights remain with Cunning Creek Studios.
3. Educational Purpose Only
TerpAI is an educational application. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or therapeutic service.
• TerpAI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• TerpAI does not promote or facilitate illegal activity.
• TerpAI does not replace professional consultation.
Users must consult qualified professionals for medical or legal decisions.
4. Age and Jurisdictional Restrictions
This app is intended for users 21 years of age or older.
By using TerpAI, you affirm that:
• You are at least 21 years old.
• You are located in a jurisdiction where access to cannabis-related educational content is lawful.
If you do not meet these criteria, you must not use the app.
5. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
• Use TerpAI for unlawful purposes.
• Circumvent age or jurisdictional restrictions.
• Engage in abuse, harassment, or unauthorized commercial use.
• Distribute false, misleading, or harmful content.
6. Payment and Subscription Terms
Premium features are managed via RevenueCat and Google Play Billing.
• Payments are processed securely by Google Play.
• Subscription terms, billing, and refunds are governed by Google Play policies.
• We are not responsible for the availability, data handling, or terms of third-party providers.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology within TerpAI are the property of Cunning Creek Studios or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
You expressly agree NOT to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or any of its components.
• Extract, copy, or redistribute proprietary data, databases, or algorithms.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on TerpAI technology.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract app data.
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions.
TerpAI's AI correlation algorithms, terpene databases, and recommendation engine are protected as trade secrets under applicable law.
8. Medical and Legal Disclaimers
TerpAI is not a substitute for professional medical or legal advice.
• Information is provided for educational purposes only.
• Users must consult licensed professionals for health or legal matters.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cunning Creek Studios is not liable for:
• Health or legal consequences resulting from app use.
• Technical issues, outages, or data loss.
• Decisions made based on app content.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to TerpAI at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or misuse of the app.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect legal, regulatory, or platform requirements. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
